Spring harvest honey (8 oz jar)

This is the third batch of honey from our Carniolan hive. The bees have open access to our regenerative orchard, flowers, and row crops. This batch has distinct buttery and floral notes and is a lighter color than our summer and fall batches, reflecting the available pollen during the winter and early spring (at Full Circle Farm, broccoli flowers, ranunculus, tulips, and daffodils, strawberries and fruit tree blossoms).
