Shallot Vinaigrette, 8 oz (Trestle Glen Pickup)

Made with Full Circle Farm shallots, I eat this with just about everything - drizzled on eggs, any roasted veggies, and of course, on salad. In the refrigerator, it will keep for 2 weeks. Note: 4 oz size is pictured.

Ingredients: Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dixondale shallots*, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper.
